Intention
Greetings to all members of the SSV Network community!
My name is Robert Hu, and I am submitting a proposal to become the Chinese Ambassador for the SSV Network.
As an early evangelist for SSV in the Chinese community, I have participated in dozens of Chinese-language AMAs about SSV, and have authored over a dozen research reports on SSV that have been published in mainstream Chinese media.
In the future, as the SSV Chinese Ambassador, I plan to establish a media matrix in the Chinese community to promote SSV, and maintain close communication and exchange with the SSV Chinese community.
Overview
I have experience in setting up independent nodes for ETH POS and have participated in all SSVNetwork tests, conducting in-depth research on ETH’s POS mechanism and SSVNetwork’s encryption technology.
Additionally, I have participated in various projects in the LSD racetrack and have established a tracking network for their data status. I have also conducted research and comparison reports on various DVT projects, providing in-depth research and industry influence on the development prospects of the entire LSD racetrack.
My advantage is that I have previously held positions such as Investment Director and Operations Director at top-tier exchanges and investment institutions in China. I have established good personal relationships with Chinese exchanges, investment institutions, media, excellent communities, KOLs, DAOs, and other entities.
I can use Chinese logic and language to explain the basic logic of the DVT racetrack and the technical details of SSVNetwork, providing the best support for SSVNetwork’s promotion in the Chinese community.
About me:
Graduated from the University of Newcastle in Australia with a master’s degree.
Joined Btcchina in 2018 as the Investment Director, and later became the CEO of the Btcchina Korean exchange, BTCKR.
Joined AlphaCoin Fund in 2021 as an Investment Partner, responsible for investing in and incubating projects in the DeFi field.
In 2022, joined KuCoin Ventures in the investment department, mainly responsible for:
(1) Providing industry information racetracking and business case analysis reports for the innovative business department and NFT platform development.
(2) Producing two blockchain industry research reports per month and organizing internal sharing meetings. Participating in Space or offline events organized by other exchanges, media, investment institutions, and DAOs in Singapore, Bangkok, Dubai, and other places to promote our investment concepts and preferences and to find high-quality entrepreneurial teams.
(3) Conducting primary market trend research and project investment, mainly responsible for LSD, social, and metaverse racetrack investments.
(4) In March 2022, produced an investment report and began to closely follow and communicate with other investment institutions about the technological advantages and development space of SSVNetwork.

In the future, I plan to continue organizing online and offline Space events with other media outlets, SSVNetwork-supported exchanges, communities, and DAO organizations.
Plan of action for the next 6 months：
- I will translate important documents into Chinese, track key progress of SSVNetwork, and assist the Chinese community team in translating SSVNetwork’s research reports, technical analyses, industry developments, and other in-depth articles into Chinese.
I will also invite research institutions in the China region to write research reports on SSVNetwork and participate in promotions. Additionally, I will participate in the planning of major events and media promotions for important milestones, and promote professional articles 3-4 times a month.
- Represent DAO in offline events in Asia, proactively communicate with Chinese SSV token holders, and establish friendly relationships.
Organize online and offline activities for SSV token holders according to promotion needs, such as online AMA and offline meetups held in various cities in China 1-2 times a month.
- Establish SSV China ambassador and SSVNetwork official social media accounts in China, including public accounts on platforms such as Weibo, Baidu Baike, Toutiao, Douyin, etc.
The total number of Chinese social media fans should reach approximately 20,000 within 3 months of official employment, and 50,000 within 6 months.

Utilizing my influence in China and relationships with exchanges, I will be responsible for collaborating with Chinese investment institutions, and coordinating listing partnerships with OKEx, KuCoin, and other exchanges.

Establish long-term AMAs, Twitter Spaces, live broadcasts, and other promotion channels with the operations departments of Chinese background exchanges that have already been launched, such as Huobi, Mex, Bitget, Gate, and Bybit. Schedule 2-3 AMAs or live broadcasts per month.

As SSVNetwork China Ambassador, participate or organize onsite interviews, community AMAs (SSV or LSD industry analysis), and maintain close communication channels with Chinese media, exchanges, investment institutions, excellent communities, Dao organizations, and KOLs to increase SSV’s exposure and expand user base.
Organize or participate in AMA events at least 2-3 times per week for the Chinese community, and give speeches and answer questions for SSVNetwork users in the Chinese community.

- Sharing of LSD offline activities at the FOMOASIA Hong Kong community event on March 23.
The theme of the sharing is that SSV will become a key infrastructure for the LSD racetrack after ETH switches to PoS.

(2) Completed the preparation work for the Wanchain conference and Hong Kong office in March. Have already talked with several media outlets to showcase SSV-related information at their booths, saving costs for attending the conference. Additionally, there will be Chinese media interviews and AMAs related to SSV.
(3) Communicated with several investment institutions in Hong Kong, and plan to hold several offline LSD racetrack exchange and sharing activities around the Wanxiang Conference. Invitation letters for offline Hong Kong activities have been sent to more than a dozen institutions, including Foresight Ventures, Ac Capital, Basics Capital, etc.

After the Chinese ambassador community vote is completed, I plan to create a monthly work report for in-depth communication and exchange with the community to synchronize project development and operation progress. Collect community questionnaires every two weeks and provide written responses to feedback.

Compensation and Commitment
All payments will be denominated 100% in SSV based on a 30-day trailing price average, calculated on the 1st day of the following month.
Transfers shall be divided monthly and executed at the beginning of each calendar month for services rendered in the previous one. For my full time and effort I’m asking for a monthly payment of $10,000 paid in SSV.

Travel and general expenses coverage
The monthly subsidy of 10,000 US dollars includes all expenses incurred during my business trip to China, including accommodation, meals, entertainment, service fees, insurance, and other related expenses.
Period of validity & Termination
This relationship will last for 6 months. If the proposal is approved, it will take effect on the next day and can be terminated at any time after a decision is made by the DAO.
As a contributor, I can terminate my task at any time. Participation can also be terminated by the DAO or any person designated by the DAO, especially the dGC. The DAO can veto any decision by formal vote. Contributors should cease any actions related to this agreement on the seventh (7th) day after such a decision is made. In any case, compensation should be provided before the 7th day.
My primary region and preferred time zone are the Asian region and UTC+8.
Commitment
This is a full time commitment. During the term of my engagement with the DAO and while receiving grants from it, I shall not work for any business, protocol, or DAO which is reasonably likely to interfere or compete with SSV.Network.
This does not include activities that are not commercial such as collaborating with the Ethereum Foundation.
Clarifications
As an applicant for a role within the DAO, I acknowledge and understand the effective compensated contributor guidelines and their impact on my role within the DAO. I appreciate the DAO’s commitment, and I am aligned with the DAO’s values and mission. I acknowledge that these guidelines can be changed at any time, are subject to the DAO’s voting and consensus process, and that continuous refinement is a key aspect of the DAO’s governance structure.
This engagement is not an employment agreement and does not create an employment relationship. As such, the contributor must cover their own tax, healthcare, and workspace expenses, and they shall not be entitled to any benefits such as a pension or health insurance associated with an employment relationship.
The contributor warrants that all activities in the context mentioned in this proposal shall be put to the service of the DAO and the ssv.network, and not to any of its members to whom the contributor has no direct relationship or obligation. The contributor does not have the power to commit on behalf of the DAO and shall not present themselves as having such power.

Plan of action for the next 6 months：
1，我会把重要资料翻译成中文。 跟踪 SSVNetwork 的关键进度。 并帮助中文社区团队将SSVNetwork的研究报告、技术分析、行业发展等深度文章翻译成中文，或邀请大中华区的研究机构在SSVNetwork上撰写研究报告并参与宣发。我会参与项目策划重大事件，重要进程的中国区媒体宣发活动，每月3-4次篇的专业文章宣发。
2，代表 DAO 参加亚洲的线下活动。与中国区SSV代币的持有者保持积极主动地沟通，建立友好的关系。根据中国区运营推广需求，组织SSV代币持有者的线上和线下活动，比如线上的AMA和线下活动，在中国各个城市举办meet up，每月1-2次线下活动安排。
3，根据社区需要，建立ssv中国大使和SSVNetwork官方的公众号，视频号，微博号，百度百科，今日头条号，抖音号，等中国区网络媒体宣传矩阵，中文区社交媒体总的粉丝计划在正式入职之后3个月内达到20000左右，6个月达到50000。
4，我可以利用自己在中国区的影响力和交易所关系，负责与中国人背景的投资机构对接合作，OK，KuCoin交易所上币对接合作等。
5，我能够与已经上线的华人背景交易所：HuoBi，Mex，bitget，gate，bybit的运营部门建立长期的AMA，推特Space，直播等宣传渠道，每月2-3次的AMA或者直播安排。
6，作为SSVNetwork中国大使，参与或组织现场访谈、社区AMA（SSV或LSD行业分析）。与中国媒体、交易所、投资机构、优秀社区、Dao组织、KOL保持密切的交流和沟通渠道，为SSV增加曝光度，扩大用户基础。
至少每周2-3次组织或参与华人媒体和社区的AMA活动，为华人社区的SSVNetwork用户发表演讲和答疑。

每2周收集社区问题表单，听取一下社区的意见反馈，统一进行文字回答。

Compensation and Commitment
所有付款将根据 30 天追踪平均价格（在下个月的第一天计算）以 SSV 计价 100%。
