I am pleased to provide a summary of the progress made by our SSVdivers (ambassadors) for July 2024. First and foremost, I want to highlight that all ambassadors have made tremendous contributions this month, and they have all reached the eligibility for maximum rewards. We are incredibly proud of their dedication and achievements.
We currently have two candidates under consideration for the ambassador program, and our focus will be on recruiting more ambassadors in the coming months.

Xavier Clapin-Pépin (LinkoPlus) - July 2024 Report
Personal Project: Documenting the steps for setting up an SSV operator on the testnet and contributing to subreddit discussions.
Objectives Recap:
- Helped organize and set up a successful SSV Community Call.
- Continued documenting the setup of an SSV operator on the testnet and tracking contributions on r/SSVnetwork.
Personal Project Update:
- Progress continues on the Rock5b SSV Network Operator Testnet project.
- Faced technical challenges but remains committed to completing the setup.

- Set up the community call for the DAO meetup.

Yuting - July 2024 Report
Personal Project: Building the SSV community in China across various social media platforms.
Objectives Recap:
- Helped organize and set up a successful SSV Community Call.
- Wrote the first tech article on the core algorithm Shamir secret share in SSV.
- Hosted the first live demo and QA session for the Chinese community.
Personal Project Update:
- Enhanced the SSV Insight 360 service based on community feedback.
- Expanded community engagement through WeChat and Weibo.
Challenges:
- Adjusted the timing of live demos based on community feedback to improve participation.

- Continue improving the SSV Insight 360 service.
- Publish more technical articles and host additional live demos.

Mikihiro Ono - July 2024 Report
Personal Project: Building the staking community in Japan.
Objectives Recap:
- Created a Japanese X account for the SSV network, gaining 100 followers.
- Translated and finalized 30 Japanese documents related to SSV.
- Successfully hosted an SSV side event at Edcon with nearly 100 participants.
Personal Project Update:
- Continued efforts to educate the Japanese crypto community about Ethereum staking and DVT technology.
Challenges:
- The need to regularly post and spread awareness about DVT technology.
Next Steps:
- Increase Japanese X account followers to 150.
- Finalize 5 additional Japanese documents.
- Organize an SSV hackathon as a side event at ETH Tokyo and WebX.
Reflections and Insights:
- Growing interest in DVT technology in Japan, but continued efforts are needed to expand awareness.
Goals for Next Month:
- Increase community engagement and document translation.
- Successfully organize and host the SSV hackathon.
