A general observation from the past couple of days when we had the fork to v2.0 of the SSV node software and a change to the SSV fees is that both node operators and cluster owners need a passive way (i.e. email) to receive communications from SSV Labs regarding software upgrades and also from the SSV DAO about fee changes. It is simply too risky to assume that the Discord or Twitter is followed for these important updates. I know that is not ideal in a permissionless world but it would appear to be the prudent path.
