About Us
Terminet is a professional Staking and ecosystem service provider. The core team consists of experienced developers, product and operations experts and blockchain enthusiasts with more than 5 years of experience in the blockchain industry.
Terminet mainly provide staking and validators services、 Node API services、Basic tool development (wallets, node tools, etc.), community education，and MPC-based key security management solutions to help the development of the Web3 ecosystem.
Currently Terminet has deployed validators on 10+ main networks such as Oasis, PlatON, Cosmos, Stafi, IRISNet, Fetch.ai, ETH2.0, and participated in many test networks including SSV, Razor, Axelar, BlockPI, etc. We will continue to access and participate in more web3 protocols in the future.
To ensure the stable, reliable and secure operation of nodes, Terminet deploys nodes with high-performance enterprise-class hardware and distributed multi-cloud security deployment architecture, which can avoid node double signatures, shield external network and physical attacks, and enable failover and recovery. Based on a 7x24 real-time monitoring and alerting system, operations and maintenance staff can respond and handle the situation within 30 minutes.
To date, all validators supporting the protocol have maintained 99.9% uptime with no penalties. We continue to build a more intelligent and efficient O&M service system in the future.
Our Commitment
We commit to timely updates of my node.
We commit to provide basic support to network validators in ssv.network Discord (or any other channel of your choosing) .
We commit to issue a postmortem in case of node downtime of over 12 hours.
We commit to notify validators and network participants about a planned downtime at least 48 hours in advance.
We commit to maintain and update our operator page to make sure stakers are able to make informed decisions about my service.
Provide an ‘emergency contact’ in our operator page so that the stakers are able to reach out in case of issues or downtime.
