This application is for a retrospective micro-grant for new features and ongoing maintenance work for monitorssv.
Regarding the upgrade features of SSV 2.0, such as cluster liquidation based on ETH fees, ETH fees earned by operators, and handling complex event changes caused by protocol upgrades, these are tasks that MonitorSSV should handle. No retroactive funding will be requested for these.
Currently, funding is primarily being requested for three other features:
1. Exited Validators
This is a feature that has been online for a long time.
URL: https://monitorssv.xyz/exited
Features
- Ranks clusters by the number of exited validators
Value
A cost-saving reminder and user education tool. After validators exit the Beacon Chain, if they are not removed from the SSV cluster, they continue to consume SSV tokens (the burn rate is calculated based on the number of validators). This page helps users identify clusters with “zombie validators” and reminds them to clean up promptly to save on operational costs.
2. Staking
This is new content added in the SSV 2.0 upgrade. It will be active on the mainnet once the mainnet upgrade is complete.
URL: https://hoodi.monitorssv.xyz/staking
Features
-
Global Overview: Total staked amount, total cSSV supply, exchange rate, and daily reward rate
-
Daily Rewards Chart: Calculates deltas from accEthPerShare snapshots to display reward trends over 7/30/90 days (AreaChart)
-
Address Lookup: Enter an address to view the user’s staking summary (staked amount, cSSV balance, pending withdrawals, claimed rewards)
-
User Daily Rewards Chart: Individual reward trends for the queried address
-
Event History: List of Stake/Unstake/Claim events with support for filtering by event type and time range
-
cSSV Transfer Records: Optionally display cSSV token Transfer events
-
Pending Filter: Option to view only pending Unstake requests
Value
A comprehensive dashboard for SSV v2.0 Staking. This reflects the new staking economic model introduced after the SSV network upgrade (users stake ETH → receive cSSV → earn validator rewards). This page is currently the only tool that tracks the full picture of SSV Staking — protocol-level reward trends combined with individual staking details. For users participating in SSV Staking, it serves as their “asset management panel.”
3. Protocol Events
This is new content added in the SSV 2.0 upgrade. It will be active on the mainnet once the mainnet upgrade is complete.
URL: https://hoodi.monitorssv.xyz/protocol
Features (4 Sub-pages)
-
Events: Protocol-level on-chain events (Oracle submissions, DAO governance, fee changes, module upgrades), with category-based statistics and filtering, displaying detailed event parameters
-
Operators: Operator analysis panel
-
Public vs. private operator ratio (pie chart)
-
Fee distribution histogram (switchable between SSV and ETH)
-
Operator concentration metrics (Top 1/5/10 share percentages)
-
Top 10 operators ranking table
-
-
Clusters (available after v2.0): ETH cluster analysis
-
Effective Balance (EB) statistics (average, minimum, maximum, total)
-
EB distribution histogram (bucketed by 32 ETH)
-
-
Oracle (available after v2.0): Oracle infrastructure
-
Quorum threshold
-
Active oracle list with addresses
-
Latest submitted Merkle Root
-
Value
A transparency window into protocol governance and health. This page visualizes the “behind-the-scenes operations” of the SSV network — what decisions the DAO has made, how fees have changed, whether oracles are functioning properly, whether the operator market is overly concentrated, and other protocol-level information.
Maintenance
Maintenance and bug fixes will continue until Q3 2027.
Funding Request
This micro-grant request is for $5,000.00 USDC or an equivalent amount in SSV tokens.
