Please note that the DAO currently discusses [DIP-44] Re-Evaluation of Liquidation Collateral and Network Fee Parameters introduces a change to the network fee parameters. If it passes the DAO vote, the forecasted network fee change will be updated, and no update of the network fee is expected for September.

DIP-44 was successfully passed by the DAO and the treasury sheet has been updated with the new deviation check.
The new deviation check results in no network fee change this month.

The latest network fee Deviation Check (October) gave +12%, resulting in no network fee update.
Please note that according to DIP-11 we will move to a network fee that represents 1% of the Ethereum Staking APR for the next Deviation Check (2nd of November) as it will be 730 days since the initial configuration went live.
If the November Deviation Check results in a network fee update this will go live mid-November per DIP-44, as usual a 14 day notice will be given before any network fee change
