During November, the price of SSV traded roughly between $3.50 and $3.90, ending the month near $3.60. Over the course of the month, SSV recorded an overall price decline of about 50–55% relative to early-November levels around $4.8. Trading activity remained modest, but the broader crypto market’s general bearish sentiment and volatility appear to have contributed to the downward pressure on SSV.
Liquidity
Over the last few months, overall liquidity in the crypto markets has weakened. Exchange data show lower trading volume and reduced turnover ratios, a sign that demand has eased. As such, for SSV the order-book depth on major venues has become slightly thinner than previous months. However, compared to similarly sized markets, order book depth and spreads are still looking good.
