Long time CDT holder. Need to figure out how to convert CDT to SSV. Please help advise me on how to do this. Greatly appreciated.

Please note that this is now enforced on a smart contract level and is irrevocable. It doesn’t go without saying that I feel sorry for you personally that you missed the opportunity window.
